About the CEO

Mark is the co-founder and managing director of Games to Get Ltd (2011), a family business. G2G started by producing ice-breakers and conversation games called 'Sussed?'. It has since expanded into team-building services. Mark has over 35 years experience working with private clients and family businesses. He has run over 400 workshops and events.

Prior to Games to Get, Mark worked at Coutts & Co. He was the founder and head of the Coutts Institute, which he set up in 2005, during which time he launched the Coutts Prize for Family Business. Mark joined Coutts from JP Morgan where he was a senior private banker and founder of the JPMorgan Family Business Honours. Mark has held senior roles with Citi London and Geneva and was the former Chair of the Family Firm Institute, based in Boston, USA. Mark holds the Family Firm Institute Advanced Certificate in Family Business Advising and is the winner of the 2014 FFI International Award.
